Sun Country Airlines Announces Non-Stop Flights to Costa Rica for 2012 High Season
Shortly following the announcement that AirBerlin will begin transatlantic flights to Guanacaste Costa Rica in November, Sun Country Airlines has confirmed it has added non-stop flights to Costa Rica to its itinerary for the 2012 high season.

On Monday the 13th of June, Sun Country Airlines said it will operate a non-stop service from the Twin Cities in Minnesota to Liberia International Airport.

Registering a historical 26.9% growth in the first three months of 2011, it will be interesting to observe the year end arrival figures for Costa Rica while taking into account the recent itinerary additions of both Air Berlin and Sun Country Airlines.
Sun Country Airlines Offers Affordable Flights from U.S to Costa Rica
Sun Country Airlines is based in St. Paul, Minnesota. The award-winning U.S airline flies to popular destinations in the
U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean, and has earned a reputation for offering world-class service at an affordable price. Sun Country Airlines recently announced that it will be, “The only non-stop flight from Minnesota to the Costa Rica city.”
The Sun Country Airline flight to Costa Rica will depart on a weekly basis from Minneapolis –St Paul; flights will begin on the 13th January 2012 and run through to April 13th 2012 to coincide with the Costa Rica’s tourist high season. Offering both first class and coach seating on the Sun Country’s Boeing 737-800, with a total capacity of 162 passengers, the flight is expected to be popular with U.S vacationers.
