Five stories of luxury

For your family’s entertainment, the lower level features an amazing games room complete with a full-size Pool Table, Foosball Table, a wet bar, and an indoor plunge pool. The main level has 1,000 sq. ft. of space consisting of a comfortable living area for you to lounge in and a full-size luxury kitchen where your private chef will prepare a tropical feast for your group. (Your chef is included for 2 meals a day— the cost of food is additional.)

There is a second plunge pool on this level where you can take a refreshing cool-off while enjoying the stunning ocean views. You can also relax by the large-screen TV with digital cable.

This incredible private villa with 6 levels has 10 bedrooms and 10 private bathrooms. All suites have A/C with ceiling fans and luxuriously furnishings to make you feel even more like royalty. The suites open up to the huge pool with a stunning deck area with both sun and shade. Amazing tropical wildlife may visit you in your gorgeous tropical setting. The monkeys leaping from tree to tree will add plenty of fun to your stay.

For a fantastic view of the ocean and jungle canopy, step up to the Sky Deck, with wet bar, where you can relax in the shade or bask in the Costa Rican sun and enjoy a tropical mango or guava juice or even a cocktail. The professional daily maid service will give you the time to simply enjoy and relax on your Manuel Antonio vacation.

Two Separate Guest Houses

This unbelievable luxury villa also has two separate guest houses, each with two bedrooms. The first guest house has an upper-level bedroom with a queen-size bed and a lower-level bedroom with a double bed. The upper bedroom has a balcony with access to the large rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean views. There is also a carport for two cars here.

The second guest house is on the same level as the main pool and also has two stories. Looking out the window here, you may be lucky enough to spot a colorful toucan perched in the canopy or a sloth lazily climbing up a tree. There are three single beds in each bedroom and we can combine two singles with a special mattress pad to make a king.

Three pools

Your own private Manuel Antonio vacation villa has 3 separate pools. Jump into the indoor plunge pool in the game room after a quick game of pool, or have a relaxing swim in our pool by the living room that looks out over the Pacific Ocean. The main pool is big enough for all of the villa’s guests and is framed on three sides by tropical jungle full of life. Each luxury deck and patio is fully furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and outdoor dining areas. Have a cookout using the BBQ grill, or just relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the peaceful natural surroundings.
