A convenient 55-minute drive from the Liberia International Airport, Surfside/Potrero it is located along the quiet roads that connect the beautiful white sand beaches of Playa Penca and Playa Flamingo.

The 4 km long Potrero Bay is only a five minute walk from Casa Cascada. From here restaurants, boating and land based activities are easily accessible.

Casa Cascada features two deluxe bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with an elongated bathroom suite. For extended visits, a walk-in closet provides more than adequate storage and comfort. The guest bedroom comes with a queen sized bed with detached bathroom and large closet space.

Throughout the home there is a bamboo, Brazilian river rock and African Safari art theme that adorns the expansive dining and living spaces. The vaulted roof in the living room is bamboo lined with wooden beams made of the native Guanacaste tree. Large clay pots host large stalks of bamboo and complement the simple but attractive tribal artwork.

Two water features provide the focal point of both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Indoors, the wicker seated dining table looks out to an adjacent cascading water wall. Outside, under a covered patio, a lounge and eight-seat dining table face the pool where water cascades down the second waterfall feature.

An executively fitted kitchen comes with top end GE appliances that includes a dishwasher and food disposal unit. Granite counter tops define the breakfast bar and food preparation island in the center of the kitchen. To help making the most of the warm climate, the poolside kitchen is covered and fully equipped with fridge and stove for outdoor cooking.

TV can be watched in up to four locations – on the living room 60” flat screen TV, in the master bedroom, the outside patio or at the poolside bar and kitchen. There is complementary US satellite TV programing including all four major networks and sports packages. National programming is also available. A Bose theater-surround five speaker system provides an immersive audio experience for both TV and music systems.

Also included with the house is a Nautilus Gym, digital elliptical machine and a telescope for stargazing on the typically clear evenings in Surfside.
