The holiday Villa, itself, sits on 1.5 acres of well manicured tropical grounds. The house was recently remodeled to offer fine furnishings and modern appliances. Each of the rooms is large and spacious with tall Guanacaste wood ceilings.

All of the bedrooms have their own respective bathroom and A/C, 3 of which have splendid views. Two of the bedrooms offer a Queen size bed each, while a third bedroom has a King bed and the fourth bedroom has four extended Twins. The fifth bedroom is detached from the main house and has its own private entrance.

Hire a private chef to cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, cook top stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, separate ice maker, wine cooler & built-in microwave oven. The outdoor BBQ area with rotisserie has 2 separate gas burners, along with an indoor/outdoor wine cooler. There is an indoor dining space for 8 persons, plus an outside dining area for 6 people.

Take in the sea breezes while you take a dip in the infinity edge swimming pool. A stairway leads you down to a beautiful white sand beach of Flamingo. Alternatively, you can enjoy an interesting film on the 42” Plasma Screen.
