The home sits on two levels with the kitchen and living area on the first floor, bedrooms on the second. The beds consist of one king, one queen, two singles and a sofa bed if needed.

The common areas in the complex feature two large pools in a a garden setting. The beach is walking distance or a short two minute drive.
