You’ll hear birds in the morning and maybe monkeys in the distance. But you’re not far from the marina, restaurants and the beach club. This home with its beautiful private pool, is secluded, but not remote. It is just right for families who want some comfort, nature, and space to relax.

• Big windows, open air, easy living

The open-plan living area of this house gets a ton of natural light. It feels open and relaxed – nothing cramped. There’s a full kitchen if you feel like cooking but we can also arrange a private chef service for your family. The living room has nice plush seating for lazy afternoons. The big glass doors slide open and suddenly you’re outside. Just a couple steps and you’re at the pool. The jacuzzi’s right there too, tucked into the greenery. It all blends together in the best way. Some days, you might not even want to leave the house. Swim, snack, read a bit – whatever feels good … just let the day unfold.

• Room for everyone, with privacy too

There are six bedrooms in total – sleeping up to 12 guests. The villa offers plenty of space for families or large groups of friends. One bedroom is on the main floor, which is great if you don’t want stairs. Upstairs, there are three more, each with its own bathroom. There’s also a second living room up there – good for kids or late-night chats. Two extra bedrooms are separate from the main house and share a bathroom. Handy for guests who like a little extra privacy. The property can also be rented with just the four rooms in the main house – for up to eight guests.

• Simple details that make a big difference

The house has fast internet, a smart TV, and even filtered water, so you don’t need to buy bottled. There’s part-time housekeeping, which makes things easier. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need without being over the top. You can also book the house as a four-bedroom option if your group is smaller. Either way, the layout gives everyone space to spread out.

Stay in the resort, play in the town

Being inside Los Sueños means you’ve got it easy. Enjoy top-tier amenities of golf, tennis courts, the beach club, good restaurants … it’s all right there ! But if you’re up for more adventure, the town of Jaco / Costa Rica is just down the road. You can try surfing, go ziplining, or ride ATVs to a waterfall – there’s plenty to do and we can plan some fun adventure activities to do during your stay. When the sun goes down, the town of Jaco becomes lively with great dining options. There are sometimes a few places to dance if the mood hits. And when you’re done for the night, heading back to your own quiet spot feels pretty perfect.
