And if you want a bite to eat, or to poke around the shops, town is a short walk away. Maybe 7 minutes, give or take. There’s good coffee, a few casual bars, and some great places for lunch. Nothing too busy — just enough to explore when you feel like being social. But back at the villa, everything slows down. It’s quiet. Easy.

The kitchen has all the appliances you need and is ready for anything — morning coffee, beach snacks, or a full dinner. There’s a breakfast bar with stools, a dining table inside, and two more tables outside for meals in the ocean breeze. Fire up the Weber grill, pour something cold, and let the evening unfold slowly. The villa has high-speed internet and a VOIP phone for calling home if you need to. There’s an electronic security system and a gate guard during the day. The whole place is one level — no stairs to worry about. The floors are cool tile, easy to walk barefoot. And the doors? They’re carved from rich wood, with a bit of that rustic Costa Rican charm.
