This gorgeous getaway by the beach has it all. You’re surrounded by jungle and gardens, birds in the trees, and a little river running along the edge of the property. Walk just a minute or so and your toes are in the sand at Jaco Beach. The home is actually two connected houses and sits behind a secure gate. So it’s quiet. Really private, too. The sunlight filters through the trees in the mornings. Look out for hummingbirds dancing between the colorful flowers … you may even be lucky and see an iguana hanging out on a warm rock. It’s got that slow, peaceful rhythm people come to Costa Rica hoping to find — and here, it’s just kind of built in.
Most days, you’ll probably hang around longer than you thought. It just happens. The courtyard pulls you in — there’s a pool right in the middle with a little waterfall. You’ve got spots to stretch out, maybe with a cold drink or a book you haven’t had time to read. There’s a shaded table too, with barstools and string lights overhead — perfect if you end up eating outside (which, honestly, you probably will). This is one of those places where relaxing is super easy !
Inside, it’s got a good flow. High ceilings, lots of windows, and that warm touch from the wood details — it feels open, but not too open. Just right. There are two living rooms, both with comfy couches you can sink into, and smart TVs if you feel like putting on a movie or catching something at night. The kitchens — yep, two of them too — have everything you need. Modern appliances, filtered water, all the basics, nothing missing. The AC’s cold, the Wi-Fi’s solid, and the linens feel fresh and clean. Nothing over-the-top, just simple comforts done right.
There are four bedrooms total, so the setup works great for families or small groups. Everyone gets their own space but no one’s too far apart. Each room has its own vibe—clean, tropical, uncluttered. The villa also has four bathrooms — great when everyone’s trying to get ready. Whether you’re up early for a surf or coming home from dinner in town … this is always a comfortable place to come back to.
Jaco itself is great for groups and families. There are good options for dining out in every direction. It is a brilliant area for adventure … you can zipline, ride ATVs to waterfalls, and Manuel Antonio National Park is just an hour away. At night, Jaco / Costa Rica offers live music and maybe even a few places to dance if you’re up for it ! Then you head back to your villa, chill by the pool, and listen to the waves rolling onto the shore — what a way to end the day.
This home away from home is waiting for you and your group. Come and have an amazing stay in paradise !
