The cliff-side, entry-level living room is 40 feet above the jungle floor. It is open on 3 sides to a rainforest with exotic wildlife. You can see hummingbirds fly in to drink from tropical flower arrangements, watch as 3 species of monkeys jump from tree top to tree top at eye level, sloths lope about around you, and toucans and scarlet macaws fly by each day.

The view is spectacular, unobstructed, and encompasses the world-famous peninsula of Manuel Antonio National Park, where small islands, dot the Pacific Ocean, like a Zen garden. Within the entry-level great room is a wet bar and fridge; several seating areas; a long dining table for 14 and another table to seat 6. A chef’s kitchen with an indoor grill and restaurant-quality oven is slightly apart. There is a sofa area beside the kitchen for TV viewing.

The stunning 24-foot high, post and beam ceiling is a canopy that protects you from afternoon showers and the tropical sun. Ceiling fans and the ever-constant ocean breeze keep the room very comfortable. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The ideal climate of the region (no hurricanes and an average daily temperature of 84F) allows this room to remain open, enabling an ideal tropical lifestyle that is harmonious with the natural, surroundings.

An elevator or stairs lead you down to the 3 levels below. The first level down is solely dedicated to the master suite which boasts ocean views, private deck, a king size bed, sofa seating, and a very large bathroom with deep soaking tub, dressing table, double vanities and stone shower. The next floor has 2 air conditioned king size beds, each with its own bathroom, one with a bath tub and dual vanities. On the jungle level is the waterfall, swimming pool and air conditioned pool house.

The pool combines 2 areas; a 45 foot long stretch that’s great for laps and a large natural shaped space that’s good for kids and socializing and just hanging out. Also on this level is another king bedroom with en-suite bath that looks across a garden to the pool. The pool house has a wet bar and fridge and full bathroom with a shower. There are 3 sofas here that can be made up as 3 twin beds or 1 king and 1 twin. The lowest level has 2 more bedrooms with en-suite baths; 1 with a king bed the other with 3 twins that also can be made into a king.
