• Living spaces that breathe

Inside, the villa flows with ease. The first level has a bright, modern kitchen — granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry, and everything you’d want if you felt like cooking something local. There’s also a cozy breakfast bar. The living room features plush seating and a smart TV. Simple, relaxed, and built for your enjoyment. Head up a level and you’ll find the dining space — big enough for eight, with views that stretch forever. Meals here tend to linger. Someone pours another glass of wine, the breeze drifts in, the forest hums quietly around you… and time just slows down. On the top floor, there’s a pool table and foosball. A game room for whoever’s feeling competitive. Just beyond the game room, there’s a wide-open balcony. The kind of spot you naturally drift toward as the sky starts to turn gold. It looks out over the Pacific Ocean — and yes, the view really does stop you for a second. It’s a great place for sunset drinks… or just to sit quietly and listen to the evening settle in.

Head down to the refreshing private pool, and the pace slows even more. It’s calm down here. Comfortable. There are shaded loungers if you’re after a nap, and built-in stools along the water’s edge — a nice little perch for your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. All around you, tropical greenery, the soft sound of rustling leaves, maybe a few birds calling from the trees. It’s not uncommon to spend a whole day here… doing nothing. And loving it.

• Room for everyone, privacy included

The villa sleeps eight — four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, its own bathroom, and a large-screen TV. Three are in the main house. The master suite has its own balcony with sweeping views of the ocean. Glass walls throughout offer privacy and scenery at once — with 270° views of the mountains, jungle, and sea. The fourth bedroom is across the pool in the guest house — complete with its own full bath and cozy seating area. Ideal for in-laws, older kids, or that one friend who values their space. It all just works.

Adventure outside, peace within

Manuel Antonio is alive with possibility. The national park is close, with its white-sand beaches and winding trails. You might spot a sloth hanging in a tree… or a troop of howlers passing through. Ziplining, waterfall hikes, ATV tours — it’s all right here. And when the day’s done, there are oceanfront restaurants, lively cocktail bars, and maybe even a little dancing in nearby Quepos and the Marina. But returning to this villa — quiet, surrounded by nature, with the stars overhead — it always feels like the right place to end the day.
