This spacious 4,500 sq. ft. villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. With 2 king beds and 3 queens, there is plenty of space for up to 10 guests. The entire villa has AC which offers a nice reprieve from the heat and humidity on those days when it gets to be just a tad too much. And with all the open space and windows you don’t have to give up the spectacular view just to cool off for a few minutes.

The surrounding area offers a host of fun activities whether it be taking surfing lessons in the Pacific surf or zipping through the canopy on a zipline tour. Regardless of how you decide to spend your day, when you work up that appetite, a BBQ grill awaits outside and a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances—including microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker etc—is available for you to use if you prefer to eat in. You’ll also find a nice selection of restaurants and bars where you can head out to try some of the local flavors with the added bonus that you don’t have to lift a finger for a delicious meal to appear.

Other modern amenities in the house include wireless Internet and a telephone so that you can stay in touch with the outside world. A CD player and stereo system gives you a chance to rock out to your favorite tunes, and a TV and DVD player are available as well for your entertainment. There’s even a pool table. so you and your friends can spend a leisurely evening shooting pool and shooting the breeze.
