The main house is comprised of 3 levels (just think the view from the very top!) with a separate 2 level house located on the property. Everything is fully air-conditioned (full AC), so you can cool things down a bit after spending an afternoon on the beach under the hot Costa Rican sun.

The surfers in your group will be glad to know that the ocean here is often perfect for catching a few waves.
