We are delighted to present to you our newly completed hillside retreat in Dominical / Costa Rica. This stunning 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home was renovated in November 2023 and is now ready to share with you.

Situated in the peaceful hills of Dominical, just 5 minutes from town, where you will appreciate  a stunning the ocean views. Best of all is that you will be close to restaurants and shops.

This property is situated on 2.5 acres of land with a pristine Pacific coastline. The ideal location for the best sunset views. Each of the four spacious bedrooms has its own own bathroom. There is also a loft area with twin beds, which is delightful for larger families. We can comfortably accommodate 14-16 guests with a total of 11 beds for your comfort and pleasure.

Open concept Living Area

One of our favorite features is the infinity edge pool that seems to blend into the ocean horizon. Since the property is situated in the rainforest, you are likely to see the local wildlife including the toucans and macaws, monkeys and sloths from the comfort of your own window.

We have installed floor to ceiling windows to take in the view and all the bedrooms are equipped with access to motorized blackout blinds, to ensure privacy and create optimal sleeping conditions.
