Modern Rooftop Infinity Saltwater Pool

Situated on Pacific Canyon Drive, this contemporary luxury vacation home showcases a rooftop infinity saltwater pool. It offers top views of Manuel Antonio National Park, Cathedral Point, and the Pacific Coastline from nearly every level of the home.

The location also provides the convenience of having all of the area’s top restaurants and amenities just a few hundred yards away.

Elegant Contemporary Spaces

The entry-level of the villa features a bedroom with a king bed as well as a Bunk Room with 2 twin beds and 2 double beds. The second floor hosts 4 bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, and each with a private balcony. All rooms combined offer accommodation for up to 16 guests.

The main common living area is located on the two top floors and features an enormous open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining area for everyone to share. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and spacious atrium area make you feel like you are suspended in the jungle canopy. The real showstopper is the rooftop terrace and saltwater, infinity edge pool. Complete with a wet bar, wine fridge, lounge chairs, dining table for 6, and a powder room. The views from these top levels are beyond compare, inviting guests to endless pictures, dinner parties, cocktails, and memories created in this common space. You may even spot a whale in the distance while gazing over the pacific ocean.

Concierge Services

Guests can enjoy pre-arrival concierge services, a house host available during their stay, and daily housekeeping for an extraordinary vacation experience. Personal laundry services are also included twice a week.

Weddings

Sorry, weddings are not allowed at this location. We do have other options that do allow weddings. Please inquire.

Chef services

Chef services cost $150 a day for one meal or $190 a day for 2 meals, your choice of which 2 meals each day and your choice of menu. These rates are for up to 10 people, each additional person costs $15 a day. The cost of food is additional, the chef will do all of the shopping for you and bring you the receipts.

Occupancy policy

Occupancy is based on 2 people per room until all bedrooms are rented
For each guest above 12 in a 6 bedroom rental there is an additional fee:
- $75 a night in high season and holiday weeks
- $61 a night in mid season
- $47 a night in low season
Bedrooms not rented will not be offered to anyone else, the property is always private to just your group.

Payment policy

To reserve this home we will send you a rental agreement email. This will hold the reservation for 3 days for us to receive your reply email agreeing to the terms. Once we have the reply email we will give you another 7 days for us to receive the first 50% deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is a damage protection fee of $120 due with the final payment.

For payments we can accept VISA/MasterCard or wire transfers.For any charges made to a VISA/MasterCard there will also be a 6% surcharge.

For any wire transfer that we receive there is a $40 flat fee.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel we can refund your deposit minus a $300 processing fee so long as we are able to re-rent the dates for the same amount of the original reservation. The longer we have to do this the greater chance you have of getting a refund.

You can also choose to have us hold your deposit towards future dates within 18 months of the dates on the original reservation. This will not incur the processing fee like the refund policy but we must be notified at least 4 months prior to the reservation dates to be able to give you credit.

If you cancel within 4 months of the reservation dates a possible refund or credit to the future are only possible if the reserved dates are re-renting for the same amount as your original reservation.

I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful and accommodating the Escape Villas team was from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making the entire experience seamless and relaxing.

The location was perfect — peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to explore. The views were simply stunning, especially at golden hour. Watching wildlife from the house while swimming in the pool as the sun set was one of those unforgettable, “pinch me” moments that we will remember forever.

This was, without a doubt, my favorite trip of all time. I will most definitely be returning and would highly recommend this experience and the Escape Villas team to anyone looking for something truly special.

We have been to Manuel Antonio 8 times, and this was our best trip. We had our family of 16, ages 14-82. The house was beautiful. The Chef Steban was great, as well as all the cleaning staff. This is our second trip with Escape Villas. Valerie the booking agent and Sarah the concierge were excellent.
