Things to keep in mind
Weddings
There is a site fee of $2000 that applies if having an event like a wedding at Saltwater Haven, maximum capacity for an event is 70 people. The site fee can be reduced $250 for each additional home rented from a select group of homes. The chef services included in the rental rate do not apply to an event like a wedding, a catering service for the event can be arranged for through your coordinator. The site fee does include additional staff to assist with moving furniture and a maid for 4 hours during the event to help keep the bathrooms and general area picked up. The site fee does not cover the cost of any equipment rentals such as chairs or tables nor does it include coordination services. The site fee will be paid with the final rental payment 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment policy
To reserve this home we will send you a rental agreement email. This will hold the reservation for 3 days for us to receive your reply email agreeing to the terms. Once we have the reply email we will give you another 7 days for us to receive the first 50% deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
There is a damage protection fee of $120 due with the final payment.
For payments we can accept VISA/MasterCard or wire transfers.For any charges made to a VISA/MasterCard there will also be a 6% surcharge.
For any wire transfer that we receive there is a $40 flat fee. If paying by wire please email us and let us know the name on the account that the transfer originated from and when it was sent, it will take up to 48 hours for the wire to be reported to us. Fantastic Family Vacation!
Everything was over the top fabulous! We had 23 people in our group ranging in ages from 2 1/2 to 60's. From the very beginning all the vacation planning was easy - from making our reservation with Fernado and pre-vacation planning (including activities) with Valerie.. to checking out.
The house itself was absolutely beautiful. The view was incredible and the house was gorgeous. We had plenty of space - each gorgeous bedroom had a beautiful bathroom. Every inch was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool so much as well as the game room and the movie room. We opted for the meal plan and let me tell you... these were restaurant quality, delicious meals. We all looked forward to breakfast and dinner! Our chef was Esteban and he was amazing. He made sure he was cooking food everyone liked and will work with any dietary restrictions etc... David was our host. What an incredible person! He took care of our every little need. We seriously felt like royalty! We had so much fun at all the activities we went on. We loved the monkeys that were near our house and they entertained us on a few mornings.
I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Everyone in my family wants to come back again and all 23 of us highly recommend you stay here for a beautiful and fun Costa Rican vacation. Thanks so much to everyone at Saltwater Haven!
